Nadine keeps the financial side of Falkon Construction running smoothly. She became CFO in 2024, but she’s worked with Vince and JP for years previously, making her a familiar and trusted part of the team. With tons of experience in finance and business management, she plays a key role in keeping the company on track and growing strong.

Outside of work, Nadine stays busy with her husband, Ron, their daughter, Josée, and their two dogs. Whether she’s balancing the books or spending time with family, she puts her heart into everything she does.
