Renovation Project 2021-2022

CFB Gagetown, NB

We recently completed a project in Oromocto for CFB Gagetown in cooperation with Mi'gmaq Logistics LP (Joint Venture). The project consisted of framework, replacement of windows, exterior doors, vinyl siding, aluminum eavestrough, trim work, plastering and painting on 5 PMQ Buildings. These units were all occupied by tenants. The coordination with tenants and overall management of this project was key factor in its success.
